You should be sweating your nuts off......and here is a metod i use that is crazy to be sure. I wake myself up with an alarm at 2am as it fits in with my sched and i eat lasagna and a protein shake. Stupud mass stupid fast......only problem is when i hit around 175 i can't breath cuz it's too much too fast. The sweats are ginna hit at a certain time past feeding in you circadian rythms and the trick is to figure out when and adust based on your goals. No matter what though i love those tren sweats cuz i wake up from them ready to eat and attack the day.
